This bill appropriates additional moneys to the Department of Administration for fiscal year 2025, reduces the appropriation to the Department of Administration for fiscal year 2025, increases the full-time equivalent (FTE) position authorization for the Department of Administration, revokes the authority of the Department of Administration to dispose of a state administrative facility, transfers $21,054,200 from the Employee Group Insurance Fund to the ARPA State Fiscal Recovery Fund, obligates up to $2,414,000 from the Employee Group Insurance Fund to reimburse medical expenses incurred due to COVID-19, and maintains the current health insurance plan structure and benefit package for state employees.
