This bill appropriates a total of $108,542,900 to the Public Schools Educational Support Program's Division of Student Support for fiscal years 2024 and 2025. * **Public Schools Educational Support Program's Division of Student Support:** $8,585,200 from the Public School Income Fund and $99,957,700 from the American Rescue Plan Fund for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. * **Transfer to Public School Income Fund:** $627,800 from the General Fund to be transferred on July 1, 2024, for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. * **Clarification of Student Support Division:** Moneys appropriated to the Divisions of Administrators, Operations, and Children's Programs for fiscal year 2025 will be considered as if appropriated to the Student Support Division. * **Discretionary Funds for School Districts:** For the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, an estimated $23,472 per support unit will be available as discretionary funds for school districts and charter schools. * **Health Benefit and Insurance Funds:** For the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, an estimated $20,150 per support unit will be available for health, vision, and dental benefits or insurance for school employees. Excess funds can be used at the discretion of the school district or charter school. * **Digital Content Purchase:** $1,600,000 will be distributed to school districts and public charter schools for the purchase of digital content and curricula. * **Public School Income Fund Transfers:** $40,000,000 will be transferred from the Public School Income Fund, with $20,000,000 going to the School District Facilities Fund and $20,000,000 to the Career Ready Students Program Fund. * **Reappropriation of Public School Income Fund:** Any remaining moneys in the Public School Income Fund after the transfers in Section 8 are reappropriated for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, for one-time distributions. * **Adjustments to Prior Year Appropriations:** Reductions are made to appropriations for the Public Schools Educational Support Program's Division of Administrators and Division of Operations for fiscal year 2023-2024. An additional $105,000,000 is appropriated to the Division of Operations for fiscal year 2023-2024.
