The hotline will be used for reporting emergencies including, but not limited to: suspected abuse; self-harm; suicide, neglect, or exploitation; criminal acts; death or significant injury of a resident, staff member, or visitor; financial matters; or an evacuation of patients or residents from all or part of the facility.
