This bill, the Climate Change Education Act, aims to establish a Climate Change Education Program within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to increase climate literacy, provide formal and nonformal learning opportunities, and emphasize actionable information to help people understand and implement new technologies, jobs, and programs related to climate change, adaptation, resilience, justice, and environmental justice.
