This bill appropriates $6,400,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation to provide one or more grants to McLeod County, the city of Hutchinson, or both, to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip a tempered vehicle and equipment storage and fueling facility at the Hutchinson Area Transportation Services facility in the city of Hutchinson. The bill also authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue bonds of the state in an amount up to $6,400,000 to provide the money appropriated for this purpose.
