This bill appropriates $1,750,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Red Wing to design and construct improvements to the city's drinking water system at Sorin's Bluff Reservoir, including renovating the concrete water storage facility and demolishing and constructing a new water booster station. The bill also authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds in an amount up to $1,750,000 to provide the appropriated funds.
