This bill requires each state department, agency, and instrumentality to provide a report to the Office of Information Technology detailing ways they can enhance digital services for constituents and improve remote work capabilities for employees. The Office of Information Technology must then summarize the findings of these reports in a single summary report that includes recommendations on how state entities can improve constituent services and employee remote work through upgraded technology, such as transitioning to cloud computing, integrating data into a single portal, and using web-based remote work solutions. The summary report must be provided to the Governor and Legislature annually.
