This bill aims to allow greater access to safe and effective oral contraceptive drugs intended for routine use. It directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to give priority review to any supplemental application for over-the-counter oral contraceptive drugs, waive the associated fees, and make such drugs available over-the-counter for individuals aged 18 and older. The bill also requires the Comptroller General to conduct a study and report to Congress on the amount of federal funds made available for contraception reimbursement, inventory stocking, provider training, or patient education over the past 15 years through various government programs.
