This bill establishes a sick leave bank for Alicia Orlow, an employee of the Department of Correction. The bill allows other department employees to voluntarily contribute their sick, personal, or vacation days to Orlow's sick leave bank. If Orlow leaves the department or requests to dissolve the bank, any remaining days will be transferred to the extended illness leave bank. The sick leave bank days can only be used for absences related to the illness or disability that necessitated the bank's creation, as determined by the department.
