Bill Summary

This bill would require a multiple dwelling of 30 units or more located within a municipality with a population of 50,000 or greater to have an automated external defibrillator (defibrillator) accessible on the property. The bill includes certain signage and notification requirements and specifies certain legal protections in the case of use of a defibrillator.
