This bill requires the Massachusetts Aeronautics Division to collect and post annual noise reports and complaints made to the Beverly Regional Airport (BVY) between April 1 and October 1, including the date, time, and method of each complaint. It also mandates the Division to collect and post the number and time of "Touch and Go" operations at BVY during the same period. The bill further requires the Division to provide guidance to BVY on developing a "Good Neighbor" or "Fly Neighborly" policy to address the noise impact of these operations on nearby residents, and it requires all applicants for a badge at BVY to submit a written attestation that they have read and will abide by the Good Neighbor Policy.
