The program provides student loan relief grants to first-time home buyers in Pennsylvania who meet certain eligibility criteria, such as having an annual household income that does not exceed $200,000 and agreeing to reside in the home for a minimum of three years. The grants are capped at $40,000 or 15% of the home's purchase price, whichever is lower, and the agency is required to award grants in a geographically diverse manner across the state.
