This bill authorizes the town of Tewksbury to use a certain parcel of land for general recreational purposes, including but not limited to Tewksbury baseball facilities and other active and passive recreational activities. The bill also allows the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance to amend the deed restriction on the land to enable this change in use. Additionally, the town of Tewksbury is required to cover all costs and expenses related to this transaction as determined by the commissioner.
