This bill, the Justice for 9/11 Act, aims to address the plea agreements for certain individuals detained at Guantanamo related to the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001. Specifically, the bill states that any previous plea agreements entered into by Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin 'Attash, or Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi shall not preclude their trial under military tribunals or other provisions of law for the 9/11 attack.
