This bill amends Title 45 (Legal Notices) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require that any advertisement, legal advertisement, official advertisement, or legal notice required to be published in a newspaper under various state laws must include the dollar amount paid by the advertiser in the lower right-hand corner. The bill also states that the publisher cannot charge an additional fee for including this disclosure. The bill will take effect 60 days after being signed into law.
