This bill extends federal recognition to the Cheroenhaka (Nottoway) Indian Tribe of Virginia. It defines the tribe and its tribal citizens, makes the tribe eligible for federal services and benefits, and allows the Secretary of the Interior to take the tribe's existing land into trust.
