This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the detention and removal of certain aliens belonging to international criminal gangs. The key provisions are: 1. It defines a "criminal gang" as an ongoing group of 5 or more persons with the primary purpose of committing certain criminal offenses, such as felony drug offenses, human trafficking, and violent crimes. 2. It makes aliens who are or have been members of a criminal gang, or have participated in the gang's illegal activities, inadmissible and deportable. 3.
