This bill amends the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park Establishment Act to expand the boundary of the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park in Vermont. The bill includes the historic Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller Mansion, surrounding buildings, and a portion of the "Mt. Tom" area in the historic zone, as well as the Billings Farm and Museum in the protection zone. The bill also allows for the acquisition of the King Farm, which will be divided between the historic and protection zones. The bill further establishes the National Park Service Stewardship Institute at the park to promote stewardship practices, innovation, and best practices in conservation and resource stewardship.
