This bill establishes a sick leave bank for Mary Katherine Sheehan, an employee of the trial court of the commonwealth. Any employee of the trial court can voluntarily contribute sick, personal, or vacation days to the bank for Sheehan's use. If Sheehan leaves her job or the bank is dissolved, any remaining days will be transferred to the trial court's paid leave bank. The sick leave bank days can only be used for absences related to the illness or disability that necessitated the bank's establishment, as determined by the trial court.
