AI Summary

This bill repeals a section of the Fiscal Code that previously regulated the use of practices, techniques, or devices necessary for holding ticketed, public rodeos or rodeo-related events in Pennsylvania. The repealed section had allowed municipalities to regulate such events, but required them to permit rodeo hosting entities to hold up to 12 rodeo or rodeo-related events per calendar year without the municipal regulations applying. By repealing this section, the bill removes these restrictions on municipal regulation of rodeos and rodeo-related events.
