This bill makes supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 for three specific items:
1. Appropriates $3,281,010 from the Overcollections Fund to the Secretary of State's Elections Program to change a local election scheduled for March 29, 2025 to a statewide election.
2. Appropriates $200,000 from the Overcollections Fund to the Department of Education's Non-Federal Support Program for city, parish, and other local public schools to purchase instructional materials, Future Farmers of America (FFA) training materials, and supplies for vocational agriculture, agribusiness, or agriscience courses. The schools may provide matching funds.
