This bill amends the Michigan Vehicle Code to update references to the "state child abuse and neglect prevention board" to the "children trust Michigan board" and requires that fund-raising plates or collector plates recognizing children's trust must be designed in consultation with the children trust Michigan board. It also specifies that fund-raising donations for these plates must be transferred to the children's trust fund for the support and benefit of the children of Michigan. The bill does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 1065 of the 102nd Legislature is also enacted into law.
