Additionally, the bill requires hosts to post conspicuous warning signs at event locations, using black letters at least one inch tall, that inform participants about the limited liability protection under Arkansas law. These provisions aim to encourage shooting sports participation while providing clear legal boundaries for event organizers and property owners.
