This bill revises the Nevada Ready! State Pre K grant program by expanding eligibility criteria for prekindergarten programs. The bill maintains existing requirements for prekindergarten programs, such as employing teachers with bachelor's degrees, providing at least 25 hours of instruction per week, maintaining small class sizes, and serving students with disabilities. The changes will take effect on July 1, 2025, aiming to make prekindergarten programs more accessible and inclusive for Nevada's young learners.
