A BILL IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA To establish the Youth Advisory Council on Climate Change and Environmental Conservation to provide an organized youth perspective on various issues, including the impacts of the changing climate, adverse weather events, and ways the District can mitigate, prepare, and adapt to climate change and create and sustain environmental educational opportunities for youth.
