By amending sections in Titles 47, 63, and 68 of the Tennessee Code, the bill broadens the flexibility of employment arrangements for these medical specialties while ensuring that any employment still complies with existing regulations. The changes will take effect on July 1, 2025, giving healthcare institutions time to adjust to the new employment framework.
