This bill amends the "Address Confidentiality Program Act" by expanding the definition of "application assistant" to include employees and volunteers of organizations that serve reproductive health care providers and patients, in addition to those that serve victims of domestic violence, stalking, human trafficking, or sexual assault. The bill also adds a new definition for "reproductive health care provider and patient" to include various individuals associated with the provision of reproductive health care services. Additionally, the bill makes other minor changes to the definitions used in the existing act.
