This bill amends Chapter 299 of the Delaware Public Laws related to the Affordable Housing Production Task Force by extending the deadline for submitting their final report from March 1, 2025, to April 7, 2025. The bill makes a minor correction to a typographical error in the word "Task" (previously misspelled as "Tsk") and updates the submission deadline for the Task Force's final report. The report must be submitted to several key stakeholders, including the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, all General Assembly members, the Governor, the Director and Librarian of the Division of Research of Legislative Council, and the Delaware Archives. The Co-Chairs of the Task Force remain responsible for coordinating the administration of the Task Force, which includes setting meeting dates, preparing and distributing meeting materials, and ensuring timely submission of the final report.
