This bill appropriates funds for the operations of workforce safety and insurance for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2027. * Workforce safety and insurance operations: $77,245,131 from special funds derived from the workforce safety and insurance fund. * New and vacant FTE pool: $3,189,008 from special funds derived from the workforce safety and insurance fund. This funding cannot be spent directly but can be transferred to operations with approval. * One-time funding for specific projects: $8,574,375 from other funds, including $5,208,325 for a claims and policy system replacement project, $1,366,050 for the MyWSI extranet enhancement project, and $2,000,000 for building improvements. These amounts are not part of the base budget for the next biennium and require reporting to the legislative assembly.
