Additionally, the bill alters financial disclosure statement requirements, expanding the scope of employment disclosure to include the source of compensated employment for the individual and their immediate family, with specific exceptions for minor children's employment. The changes will take effect on October 1, 2025, providing ample time for state agencies and officials to adapt to the new requirements.
