To ensure inclusivity, the bill mandates the creation of a diversity advisory task force with ten members representing protected classes, aimed at promoting the program within diverse communities. The Department of Agriculture and Markets will lead the initiative in collaboration with the Department of Economic Development and the Department of Financial Services, with the goal of supporting agricultural business transitions and sustainability.
