Other existing early termination reasons remain unchanged, including job relocation more than 30 miles away, serious illness, admission to senior housing or subsidized housing, military service, domestic violence situations, and lease termination by a tenant's surviving spouse after the tenant's death. These modifications aim to provide more flexibility and clarity for tenants in various life circumstances while maintaining a fair process for lease termination.
