The bill expands these requirements to provide more transparency about the duration of meetings and accountability for record-keeping. The new provisions will apply to all public meetings, whether held in person, by telephone, or through electronic communication, and will take effect 60 days after the bill's passage. This change aims to enhance public access to governmental records by providing more comprehensive and detailed meeting documentation.
