This bill amends existing Washington state law to expand access to the University of Washington health sciences library by modifying license fee requirements for various health professionals. The bill maintains the existing provision that these additional funds will be used for the purposes outlined in RCW 43.70.112, which relates to supporting the health sciences library. By expanding the categories of professionals contributing to the library fund, the bill aims to broaden access to important medical and health sciences research resources.
