This resolution grants the Missouri Youth Leadership Forum for Students with Disabilities permission to use the Missouri House of Representatives Chamber on July 17, 2025, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. to conduct a mock legislative session. The resolution acknowledges the General Assembly's tradition of allowing civic organizations to use legislative chambers for educational workshops and highlights the unique nature of this forum, which is designed specifically for high school juniors and seniors with disabilities to develop leadership, citizenship, social, and career skills. Representative Raychel Proudie or her designee will be responsible for supervising the group, and participants are required to maintain the dignity and honor of the House of Representatives by dressing appropriately, behaving respectfully, and adhering to strict guidelines that prohibit food, drinks, smoking, hanging banners, taking group photographs, or accessing restricted areas like the dais and staff areas behind the rostrum.
