This bill creates a special license plate to raise awareness and support for missing and murdered Indigenous relatives in Colorado. In addition to standard license plate fees, applicants will pay a one-time $25 fee, which will be credited to the highway users tax fund. The donation will help support the office's duties and provide financial assistance to families of missing or murdered Indigenous relatives. Applicants can also choose personalized versions of these plates, with additional fees applying.
