This resolution commends Molly Ames for receiving the Liberty Medal, the highest honor bestowed by the New York State Senate, in recognition of her heroic actions on June 26, 2024, when she saved a man's life during a cardiac emergency. The resolution highlights that Ames' spontaneous and courageous act exemplifies the compassion of ordinary citizens who help others in need, and she was previously honored with a Proclamation from the Town of Walworth and a New York State Senate Citation. The resolution formally commends Ames for her life-saving efforts and directs that a copy of the resolution be transmitted to her.
