This bill provides supplemental appropriations for K-12 school facilities projects for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026. * **School Building and Facility Projects:** $402,045,841.00 is appropriated from the School Foundation Program Account to the School Facilities Commission for the construction of various school building and facility projects, including new elementary schools, high school vocational facilities, and renovations. * **Component Level Major Maintenance Projects:** $54,989,217.00 is appropriated from the School Foundation Program Account to the School Facilities Commission for major maintenance projects at multiple middle and high schools, as well as elementary and K-12 schools. * **Ancillary Building Projects:** $40,826,188.00 is appropriated from the School Foundation Program Account to the School Facilities Commission for the construction of transportation facilities at several school districts. * **Demolition Projects:** $9,891,246.00 is appropriated from the School Foundation Program Account to the School Facilities Commission for the demolition of a middle school, a high school and transportation facility, and an elementary school in specified districts. * **Unanticipated Costs:** $23,114,442.00 is appropriated from the School Foundation Program Account to the School Facilities Commission for unanticipated costs associated with the aforementioned school construction, maintenance, and demolition projects. * **Reappropriation for Inflationary Costs:** Up to $13,400,000.00 of unexpended, obligated monies from the School Capital Construction Account, previously appropriated for projects under 2023 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 94, Section 313(j)(xiii), are reappropriated to the School Facilities Commission to supplement previous appropriations for inflationary costs. These funds cannot be used to modify the original scope or design of the projects and must be reported by the commission.
