This bill amends Rhode Island's liquor licensing laws to allow the town of Jamestown to be eligible for a Class T liquor license, which is specifically designed for legitimate theaters. The bill would take effect immediately upon its passage, allowing Jamestown to potentially issue such a license to a qualifying theater or cultural venue in the town.
