Currently, there is no formal requirement for these legislative leaders to share such reports with all of their colleagues, so this bill would ensure that every senator and assembly member has access to the same information received by the leadership. The bill would amend the legislative law by adding new provisions that mandate the electronic distribution of these reports, potentially increasing transparency and keeping all legislators informed about governmental reports and findings. The legislation would take effect immediately upon passage.
