Additionally, the bill amends existing law to allow individuals receiving their Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend to voluntarily contribute a portion of their dividend to this new public school reduced-price meal fund, alongside other designated funds and charitable organizations, with a seven percent administrative fee applied to contributions to most entities, but not to the public school reduced-price meal fund, the crime victim compensation fund, or the peace officer and firefighter survivors' fund.
