This bill establishes a new program to support factory-produced housing in Oregon by allocating $25 million from the Local Innovation and Fast Track Housing Program Fund for acquiring or constructing low-income housing using innovative construction methods. The Housing and Community Services Department will contract with the Network for Oregon Affordable Housing (NOAH) to manage the program, which includes creating a public-private advisory committee to guide project selection and provide technical assistance.
