This bill updates Oregon's laws regarding Resilience Hubs and Resilience Networks, which are community-based resources designed to help people prepare for and respond to disasters. The bill appropriates $10 million from the General Fund to support these grants, effective July 1, 2025, and includes an emergency clause to emphasize the immediate public safety importance of the legislation.
