This bill amends Illinois law to restore voting and public office eligibility for individuals with felony convictions after they have completed their full sentence, including parole or mandatory supervised release. However, this provision does not apply to individuals convicted of a felony, bribery, perjury, or other infamous crime while serving as a public official in the state.
