The voter checklist must continue to include essential voter information such as full name, domicile address, mailing address, and party affiliation, with a provision that allows voters with protective orders to have their information kept on a separate, nonpublic list. The bill will take effect 60 days after its passage, providing a short transition period for implementation of the new evaluation requirements.
