The bill mandates that each broadcast must be made available live and a recording must be posted on the legislature's website afterward. Important caveats include that the video broadcast does not replace the official written meeting record, will not be required for executive sessions, and technical difficulties or lack of broadcasting capability will not invalidate meeting proceedings or prevent meetings from occurring.
