This bill amends the definition of an "eligible choice scholarship student" in Indiana by modifying the income-related eligibility requirements. By eliminating the income cap, this bill would potentially expand the number of students who can qualify for these scholarships, making them available to a broader range of families regardless of household income. The changes are set to take effect on July 1, 2025.
