This bill amends Arizona law to provide more flexibility for probationers participating in state or federally recognized apprenticeship programs. Specifically, the bill allows probationers on standard probation who are enrolled in an apprenticeship program two key accommodations: first, they can work at any time of day as long as they remain in good standing with their apprenticeship program, and second, they are permitted to travel anywhere within Arizona outside of their home jurisdiction to work in their apprenticeship program.
