This bill appropriates $1,000,000 in state bond proceeds to Lake County for replacing the Kawishiwi Bridge near Spruce Road. The funds will be used for site preparation activities including demolition, design, construction, furnishing, and equipping the new bridge. The county will be authorized to enter into a lease or management agreement for the bridge's maintenance and operation, following guidelines in Minnesota Statutes section 16A.695.
