This bill authorizes a state bond issuance of $12,000,000 for the city of Columbia Heights to develop a new public works facility. Specifically, the funding will support the predesign, design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of a public works facility, including an expanded public recycling area, a new access road, and related infrastructure improvements. The bill also covers the costs of acquiring real property and demolition associated with the project.
